Conscious Educators for Equity is here to support every educator in this journey to becoming culturally conscious and equity-minded educators! Apply to participate in one of our upcoming Conscious Academy Cohorts (virtually or in-person). Each cohort is designed to support educators’ growth and development in authentic culturally relevant and equity-focused practices.
Guided by foundational research and best practices in supporting positive, culturally affirming, and anti-oppressive learning environments for ALL students, every cohort is focused on developing educators’ equity consciousness to enable them to be highly-effective culturally and globally responsive decision-makers for every student.

Who is the Conscious Academy for?
PK-12 Teachers, Para-Professionals, Administrators, Instructional Coaches, Counselors, Librarians, etc., are all welcome to join (and encouraged)!
Conscious Educators who participate in the face-to-face version will experience our immersive and intensive transformative methods and pedagogy in a 4-day session (Houston, TX) .
Conscious Educators who participate in the virtual version will experience our immersive and intensive transformative methods and pedagogy across 10 week long multi-sessions on Saturdays from 10am-12pm CST.
